For almost thirty years we have trained our own staff - and our best specialists grew exactly that way. This page is less a job advert than an honest look behind the scenes.

Good training becomes good quality
Any practice can buy top technology. Top people have to be built up and kept. That is why we train our own staff - three apprentices are a firm part of the team today. Hands-on training on the scanner, the Zebris system and the instruments is part of our everyday life.
Investment you can see
Continuing education is not a privilege for a few here - it is a team matter. In April we attended the annual congress of the regional dental chamber in Rust together, staying overnight. Shortly afterwards the whole team flew to Hamburg for the ClearCorrect congress - our apprentices naturally included. Days without treatments that pay off, because a team only gets better together.
Joining our prophylaxis team.
Dental prophylaxis assistant or dental hygienist (m/f/d), full-time: four-day week, your own appointment book and your own patients. Full details and the application form are on our careers page. Exceptional people from other fields will still find an open ear.
